Recently, many funding opportunities have been focusing on mental health support and community initiatives.

As such, there’s no surprise that our top grants for May aim to support community-orientated projects, which aim to increase opportunities for those in need as well as seek to improve future prospects. Check out these opportunities below and submit your application!

Stronger Together Projects

Funded by Multicultural NSW, the Stronger Together grants program aims to support multicultural events and projects across New South Wales. Projects should seek to foster community harmony and celebrate cultural diversity as a precious part of identity and a way of life.

Two categories are available, including Stronger Together Project Grants of $20,000-$40,000 for 12-month projects creating a positive impact on social cohesion, and Festivals and Events Grants of $5,000-$10,000 available for festivals and events held between 1 July and 31 December 2021. Applications must address how the proposed project links to Multicultural NSW’s 2021-2025 Strategic Priorities.
