We’re excited to be bringing a new Administration team member on board. This opportunity will primarily be based remotely (i.e. from home), however preference will be given to candidates with the flexibility to work some face-to-face hours in Warragul, Victoria.

Key responsibilities may change over time, however we expect them to include:

  • Being the first point of contact for external enquiries

  • Subscription support (online subscription management system)

  • Administration assistance to the Managing Director & Business Manager

  • Distribution of marketing materials.

Additional potential areas of work, based on skills, experience and time available, include:

  • Preparing Grant Alerts from content supplied from our Grants Researcher

  • Sharing grant information on social media

  • Assisting members with grant-related enquiries

  • Travel logistics.
