How to Stay on Top of COVID-19 Grant Changes

Grants are changing rapidly. We made over 170 COVID-19 related updates to our directory between 25 March - 1 July 2020. The good news: most of those updates were to share new grants and additional grant rounds to help organisations and communities manage. Even outside of COVID-19, we are constantly updating our directory.

We know many organisations are struggling to keep up with this changing landscape and some are having to cut costs. Below is information for members and non-members on how you can keep up.

MEMBERS

Tailored Grant Alerts

The best way to stay on top of grants changes now (and always) is to set up Tailored Grant Alerts. To get started, conduct a search and then click on ‘SAVE THIS SEARCH’ directly under the search bar.  You can then request email alerts when results for your search change. For example, if a new grant relevant to your search becomes available or if a funder changes a deadline, you'll receive an email.

You can create as many Tailored Grant Alerts as you like and give each one a name so that you know what it is.

View grants created specifically to help organisations cope with the impacts of COVID-19 (and also bushfires) here. (See the buttons ‘Bushfire Grants’ and ‘COVID-19 Grants’.

IF YOU’RE NOT A MEMBER OF THE GRANTS HUB

Use our Grants Directory obligation-free for two weeks

You can sign up for an obligation-free trial of our Grants Directory for two weeks. Bear in mind our memberships don’t lock you in. If you want to extend your time using the directory for another few months, you can extend month to month. Use the time to build a calendar of grants you want to apply for, to create Tailored Grant Alerts and to view COVID-19 grants (see above). Remember: grants are changing at the moment due to COVID-19 so if your trial expires and you’re no longer getting updates on changes to grants via our directory, be sure to check funders’ websites before starting any application and join our Slack Community.
