It's Back! Volunteer Grants 2015

These grants aim to support the efforts of Australia’s volunteers. Grants enable small community organisations to purchase small equipment items to assist their volunteers, assist with the reimbursement of fuel costs incurred by volunteers, and contribute towards the cost of training courses and background screening checks.

Up to $20 million is available to eligible organisations that can apply for funding amounts of between $1,000 and $5,000. Funding is expected to be offered to around 5,700 organisations as a result of this process, with grants to be paid by 30 June 2016.

Applications close 9 December 2015.
