I am passionate about guiding and supporting not-for-profits to secure grant funding to help get innovative or big ideas off the ground in the early stages, or to enable worthy projects and programs to continue, to evolve or to scale up.

 

I’m an independent business consultant, freelance grant writer and an award-winning fundraiser. I have also self-published a book on my fundraising and grant writing approach – YES You Can Fund It. This same approach underpins the way I work, and it is the framework I use to achieve grant writing success for all grant funding applications.

 

Having worked in a range of roles within not-for-profits spanning Fundraising Manager, Business Development Manager, Communications Manager and CEO, I bring a broad and strategic approach to grant writing that enables me to draw key information out of not-for-profits to write strong and compelling grant funding applications.

 

I fully understand the resource limitations within not-for-profits, and I can work with different teams where needed to refine project, program or service scoping and costing details that form the basis of a quality funding application.

 

I have a track record at successfully securing philanthropic and corporate grants ranging from $10K to $500K and completing successful tender applications for projects and programs between $200K and $2m.
