I have 25 years’ experience in providing practical solutions for community-level and larger projects. I have 6 years’ experience in the Victorian Government, and 19 years in the consulting industry including 13 years of running my own consulting firm Hamilton SierraCon. Outside work I have also held several voluntary roles in service clubs and community organisations.
Through this work I have gained extensive experience in preparing business cases and successful grant applications, with a very high win rate, for a wide range of public and private sector projects. I always maintain a strong focus on engaging and working collaboratively with community stakeholders and clients, drawing on available community and client skills and knowledge, to make the grant writing process as smooth and effective as possible.
