Update your Payment Method

Add and update your payment method in the Manage Subscription area

In your Manage Subscription area you can easily:

By keeping your Payment Method up-to-date you will ensure that your membership benefits and features continue uninterrupted.

Update your Payment Method

  • Login and go to the purple navigation menu at the top of your screen.
  • Click on My Account > Plan & Billing
  • For credit card payments, click on Payment Methods.

  • To update information existing payment method information:

    1. Click on an existing payment method.


    2. Click Edit Payment Method.


Set your Primary Payment Method

  • Your primary payment method will be charged for automatic subscriptions
  • If you have more than one payment method, make sure your PRIMARY method is current (i.e. has not expired)
  • To ensure your membership is not interrupted due to an expired credit card issue, remove any old payment methods.

    Follow the steps above and click on Remove Payment Method to follow the prompts.

Add a new payment method

  • To maintain your membership you need to have at least one current payment method set up.

    To add a new payment method, click Add New.



    Enter your payment method information and click Add.


  • We also accept bank transfer payments on annual subscriptions (only). To request an invoice and arrange this payment method, please Contact Us

💡 You may also want to check your Account Details to make sure the right person is receiving tax invoices and other account information.
