NSW & ACT At Home Care Grants
Grants assist young people (aged 18-65) with high care needs who are living
at home and who are at risk of entering aged care facilities.Eligible items include:
- Equipment (including wheelchairs and other mobility aids)
- Home modifications to enable access and mobility (e.g. ramps)
- Respite and support services (ongoing or block)
- Other items that will extend the recipient’s ability to remain at home.
Grants from $2,000 to $10,000 are available.
